Warm Springs is centered on the tree-lined Warm Springs Avenue and contains some of Boise’s largest and most distinguished homes (many of which were erected by wealthy miners and businessmen around the turn of the e20th century. Victorian homes predominantly line the prestigious neighborhood streets. The area gets its name from the natural hot springs that flow from Boise’s fault line and warm many of the homes in the area. The Natatorium public swim center is a local favorite for neighborhood families.
