Traditionally a more industrial suburb to Boise, Garden City is attracting home buyers due to the beautiful riverfront developments that have sprung up in recent years. With quick access to the greenbelt, home dwellers have a quick and easy summer path to downtown. Other perks of Garden City include local access to the Ada County Fairgrounds which hosts the annual Fair and many other events.
